新しい GenvidClient を作成します。

引数:

• apiStreams – genvidClient.IStreamInfo() ストリーム情報
• url – 文字列 Genvid サービスの URL
• token – 文字列 認証に必要なトークン
• videoDivId – 文字列 ビデオの div 要素の ID
• reserved – 任意

戻り値:

genvidClient.IGenvidClient() Genvid クライアント
