Personal Information is information that identifies you as an individual or relates to an identifiable person, including:

- IP Address: Your “IP Address” is a number that is automatically assigned to the computer that you are using by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). An IP Address may be identified and logged automatically in our server log files whenever a user accesses the Services, along with the time of the visit and the page(s) that were visited. Collecting IP Addresses is standard practice and is done automatically by many websites, applications and other services.
Personal Information also include information that relate to an individual, such as an online identifier, location data and such other factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that individual.
Usage Data is data collected automatically either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself. Genvid may also use pixel tags (also known as web beacons and clear GIFs) in connection with some Services to, among other things, track the actions of Users of the Services (including email recipients), measure the success of our marketing campaigns and compile statistics about usage of the Services and response rates.

Data Processor (or Service Provider)
Data Subject is any natural person who is the subject of Personal Information.
A User is a natural person using our Service. A User corresponds to the Data Subject, who is the subject of Personal Information.
PURPOSES OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS
Among the data we collect, store and process, we use the following types of Personal Information for the following purposes to provide and improve our Service for our Users.
To download our SDK from our website, you need to create an account with us and provide your name, company name, email address and a password of your choice. Note that we also implement certain third-party single sign-on technologies on the Service; please refer to the Third Party Services section below to learn more about the privacy implications of using such third party services.
Purposes and Legal Basis
We process your name, company name and email address to document the identity of persons downloading our SDK and agreeing to the license agreement governing the use of our SDK. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in controlling the use of our intellectual property.
In addition, we process your email address, your name and a password because you need them to sign in and connect to you account. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in protecting your account’s security
We also process your name and email address to recognise you when you contact our customer support. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in providing high quality customer support.
If you have consented to receiving marketing information from us, we will also process your email address to send you such information about us or the Service. The legal basis for this processing is your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by changing your preferences in your account or by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our marketing emails. The content of some of the marketing emails you may receive from us is determined by your Internet Protocol (IP) address and Cookies that are associated with your profile. The legal basis to this processing is our legitimate interest in reducing the number of marketing emails sent to our Users by automatically selecting content that may be more adapted to you instead of sending all our marketing emails to all our Users who have consented to receiving marketing emails.
We also process the following Usage Data when you access the Service: Internet Protocol address, device information (such as operating system, browser type and version), pages or elements visited on the Service and the time spent on those pages or elements and unique device identifier.
Purpose and Legal Basis
We use Usage Data for purposes such as calculating usage levels of the Services, helping diagnose server problems, and administering the Services. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate in ensuring the high quality and performance of the Services.
Tracking Cookies Data
We process Cookies and may use similar tracking technologies such as beacons, tags, and scripts to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information to improve the Service and improve your overall experience when using the Service.

RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Genvid will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or if we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods. Session cookies will expire after one month and Analytics cookies will expire after a period of 26 months.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Accordingly, if you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please be aware that we transfer the data, including Personal Information, to the United States and process it there.
DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Disclosure to Law Enforcement
Under certain circumstances, Genvid may be required to disclose your Personal Information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
Genvid may disclose your Personal Information in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
- To comply with a legal obligation
- To protect and defend the rights or property of Genvid
- To prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service
- To protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public
- To protect against legal liability
Please note that we are not responsible for the collection, usage and disclosure policies and practices (including the data security practices) of other organizations, such as social media platforms operators, single sign-on technology providers, app developer, app provider, operating system provider, wireless service provider or device manufacturer, including any Personal Information you disclose to such third parties through or in connection with your usage of such third party services, including our social media pages.
We seek to use appropriate organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect Personal Information within our organization. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure and, for that reason, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you might have with us has been compromised), please immediately notify us of the problem by contacting us in accordance with the “Contacting Us” section below.
Genvid aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, limit or oppose to the processing of your Personal Information.
Whenever made possible, you can update your Personal Information directly within your account settings section. If you are unable to change your Personal Information, please contact us to make the required changes.
If you wish to be informed what Personal Information we hold about you and if you want it to be removed from our systems, please contact us. However, you may at any time withdraw any consent you gave us to process your Personal Information by contacting us at the coordinates mentioned below. In this case, we will, as soon as commercially and reasonably possible, delete from our systems all your Personal Information obtained on the legal basis of your consent and request our processors, if any, to do the same.
Without limiting the foregoing, in certain circumstances, you have the right to:
- access and receive a copy of the Personal Information we hold about you;
- rectify any Personal Information held about you that is inaccurate; and
- request the deletion of Personal Information held about you.
You also have the right to data portability for the information you provide to Genvid. You have the right to receive your Personal Information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from us or the controller to which your Personal Information have been provided. You have the right to have your Personal Information transmitted directly from us to another controller, where technically feasible.
Depending of your jurisdiction (ex. Canada and European Union), you may have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests.
RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
We may employ Service Providers to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
These Service Providers have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.
Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. We give you many choices regarding our use and disclosure of your Personal Information for marketing purposes. You may opt-out from:

We will try to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable.
Please note that we may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes and/or to complete any transactions that you began prior to requesting such change or deletion (e.g., when you make a purchase or enter a promotion, you may not be able to change or delete the Personal Information provided until after the completion of such purchase or promotion). There may also be residual information that will remain within our databases and other records, which will not be removed.
USE OF SERVICES BY MINORS
The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18), and we request that these individuals do not provide Personal Information through the Services.
