Leaders and Advisors
Our leadership team is comprised of industry veterans, innovators and thought leaders alike. We are aligned with a singular vision: to bring MILEs to the forefront of interactive entertainment and bring about a market revolution which creates new revenue streams, jobs and media formats.
Prior to founding Genvid, Jacob was Senior Vice President at Shinra Technologies, Inc. and Director of Business Development at Square Enix Holdings Co. Ltd.

Co-founder Chris was previously Director of Business Development at Shinra Technologies, Inc. Previously he focused on R&D management and tech marketing strategy consulting for large Japanese tech firms.

Our third co-founder, Fabien was Director of Technology at Shinra Technologies, Inc. Before that he was a Game Programmer at Eidos Montreal and Ubisoft, Developer of Multimedia at Max-T Inc, and a Consultant.

Prior to joining Genvid, Remi was R&D Director and General Manager of the Advanced Technology Division at SQUARE ENIX CO., LTD., as well as President and COO of SQUARE ENIX AI & ARTS Alchemy Co., Ltd.

Ann oversees all aspects of human resources. Ann is a 13-year veteran of Activision Blizzard, holding several senior HR roles across Activision Publishing and Blizzard. Previously, Ann served in HR management roles at Siemens Ireland and Intel Ireland.

Jamy Nigri’s career has ranged from serving as the Assistant Federal Security Director at Chicago O’Hare International Airport to running the first ecommerce platform for the Walt Disney Travel Company and heading global commercial development for free-2-play game pioneers Wargaming and Jagex, as well as running multiple technology pilot programs for the city of Chicago.

Arthur oversees production and creative at Genvid Entertainment. He has over a decade of game industry experience, having led the Rocksmith brand at Ubisoft and served as a director/producer at Telltale. Prior to games, Arthur managed a job training center for people with disabilities and fronted a successful touring band.

Garth joined Genvid in 2020 and oversees all outbound communications for the company. A 30-year veteran of high tech communications, Garth previously held senior comms positions at Autodesk, pogo.com, Pulse Entertainment, PopCap Games, Trion Worlds and Wargaming. In those roles he oversaw the launches of the first esports league, the first VR toolkit, the first commercial multiplayer gaming service and the first commercial casual games website.

Andrew is a digital media executive and entrepreneur with 20 years experience in launching disruptive products and services in the streaming media, video game, and entertainment markets.

Jerry joined Genvid from AI cybersecurity firm ActZero, where as CTO he led engineering and R&D. Previously, Jerry held senior management positions at Amazon Web Services and Nvidia, leading the introduction of core AWS products and building the GeForce NOW and AI cloud data center infrastructures. He holds multiple patents related to bringing GPUs to the cloud.

Cindy Holland was most recently the VP for Original Content at Netflix. Holland initiated the creation of original content for Netflix and was responsible for acquiring, overseeing and launching original series for Netflix members around the globe.

Anna spent 7 years at Valve leading gaming’s transition to digital distribution on Steam, before joining Oculus to run content strategy. She is now CEO of Bad Robot Games, games division of J.J. Abrams and Katie McGrath’s Bad Robot.

Yoichi was the President of Shinra Technologies, Inc. & the CEO of Square Enix Holdings Co. Ltd.

Matthew Ball is Managing Partner of Epyllion Industries and a Venture Partner at Makers Fund. He was previously Head of Strategy at Amazon Studios and a director at the Chernin Group.

JT Gleason was an early Twitch employee where he spent 8 years working on the future of interactive streaming technologies, growing esports viewership, and leading the Twitch Developer Relations team.

Jocelyn was a Team Lead at Shinra Technologies, Inc., programmer at various game studios, and started doing hardware at ATI, where he was instrumental at delivering the Texture Pipe, notably for the Xbox 360.
